Goal: Get your car airborn as much as possible in 2 minutes
Score for Gold: 552

Strategy #1:

It starts you near the docks and there are ramps there but they are difficult to use. Instead turn around, jump over the cargo container, head left along the fence and escape through the gap. There is a hill ahead with road going over it. Head for that and use the R button speed boost as you reach the top of the hill. Hold R down until you touch the ground again. Once you land, Hit A while turning to spin yourself around, and then use B to speed back toward the hill. Repeat until time runs out.

Strategy #2:

Strategy #3:

Turn around and go northeast to the factory building with the two large smokestacks. Climb to the top of the south smokestack, transform, and use the R-button speed boost. Due to some kind of glitch in the map, you will hover in mid-air for a while before dropping straight down, which allows you to immediately climb the smokestack again.

Strategy #4:

Turn around and head for the gap in the fence. Go under the overpass, drive over the grass and onto the road to the left. Then take the fork to the right. Keep going straight on this road until you must turn at a T-intersection. Now you are halfway up a hill with several level and several sloped sections. Drive up and down the hill using the R-button speed boost.

Strategy #5:

When you start, immediately transform and boost ahead into the ramp, but just before you leave the ramp, turn a little left so as to avoid the containers. When you land, get close to the water and follow it across until you reach a sharp turn. Transform into robot again and make the turn (However, the Hot Rodder has good enough turning that you can E-Brake turn around it if you are quick.). Afterwards, you will notice a large dirt ramp. Get into position, and then jump it. But before you leave the ramp again, turn a little right so as to enter the garage-type building. ( If you miss, just transform and jump in ) Continue out of the building and you will come to a wire fence. Transform into a robot and jump over. You will then see a bridge. Get on the road UNDER the bridge and turn around so that you face where you came from. Notice how the road ramps up? Jump it, turn around, jump again, and repeat until time runs out. I managed to get988 points in this manner! To jump a ramp well, head towards it and boost as soon as you hit it. Continue boosting while still in the air, or you will fall faster.E-brake turning is important in the last part of the walkthrough( jump it, turn around, jump again etc. ). To E-brake turn, press A while turning. Release A after you turn, or you will continue braking!

Strategy #6:

I used the racer. First get out of the docks thengo under the bridge passage through the left side. Then climb up that first building. Once you're up, climb the first tall building you see on the right. Then you will see a normal-looking building on the left side and a funky-looking one on the right. See that triangular gap in between? Run your car into that gap. Don't boost, you have to be correctly positioned for this. Then, Voila! You are stuck between the two buildings and still gaining air!! Don't transform!! If you try hard enough, you might get to more than 3000 air points

Strategy #7:

When you go to make the large jump (the one into the large emptied-out warehouse) ... don't aim for the roof (I've overshot and bounced off the roof and into the water many times before) but if you get the right angle into the upper-level rafters you somehow get "stuck" in the upper support beams... I've had this happen to me several times today now. Instead of landing on the horizontal beam and then immediately falling off, the car will "bounce" or "hop" from one horizontal beam to the next (almost like as if there was a hidden or invisibleroad there)and YOU GET POINTS FOR THE ENTIRE TIME YOU'RE IN THE AIR THERE. In effect its like you are driving in the air for like 10 additional seconds (until you reach the far end of the warehouse, pass through a wall, and land in the water)...
