Strategy #1:

Very straightforward. Getting the first group takes you down to the street. You can get them in robot mode by jumping and falling through them, but if you miss any it's a big delay to go back. You can shave a little time off by doing that for the last one of the first group, though, and you need to be on the ground for the first orb of the second group anyway. You're going to want to be up high for the third group, so do the second group this way: Get the first four going up the side of the building. Then move to the right and down to the roof level of the adjeacent building. Follow those five orbs up to the top of the first building, then get the last one on the corner. Fly over to the building with the first five orbs of the third group, then down to the one with the remaining five. Do another transform-drop-transform to to get down there to shave a little time off again.
