Strategy #1:

Very straightforward. Let the radar scope guide you. This one looks like it was specifically designed for a car and ramp/stairs jumping, but it's still faster with an aircraft. For the first group, line yourself up a little to the left of the orbs so you don't hit the buildings, and be careful not to dip low enough to hit the stairs. For the third group, follow the three orbs up to the roof, then follow the orbs around. Don't hug the roof, stay a little above it, so that when you fly off the roof towards the last two orbs you pass over the ramp and won't be sent skyward by it.
