Strategy #1:
Destroy everything in sight to get as many health orbs as you can, even trees and light poles. There's lots of room to move if you want it, but don't leave any orbs behind.Strategy #2:
The best place to go is where the Vandalism mission is. Turn around, take the left, drive past the mall and turn left, and stop at the next mall corner you come to. Lots of spawn points right there.
