Strategy #1:
Very straightforward. Check the map screen. Best way is the turn around and go for the one in the southeast, then the one in the hanger that cuts through the mountain, the ones out over the lake, then fly out over the fifth that's at the bottom of the dam and transform to robot and drop down to it.
