Strategy #1:

Destroy everything in sight to get as many health orbs as you can. Pick a set area and move back and forth within it, that way if you happen to leave an orb behind you you'll pick it up on your next pass. Keep moving, don't get pinned down by enemy vehicles. Especially be careful of tank fire. Helicopter is best for mobility, though if you get shot down and surrounded some punches and kicks are good for clearing the way. Don't be afraid to fly away if you get in a tight spot, once a group of vehicles is off your radar scope the game removes them from play and generates a different set of vehicles when you go back.
